Frank Ford, USPTA
In addition to his coaching experience, Frank also has an extensive playing background. Frank’s recent accomplishments as a player include 2005 USTA 9.5 Combo State Champion, 2006 and 2009 USTA 5.0 Sectional Invitation, 2007 USTA 5.5 Sectional Invitation and a former #3 singles ranking in Texas. Frank recently captained and played on the Wellington Mixed 9.0 USTA team which won its Dallas division and played in the finals at the Texas State Sectional (Corpus Christi) in 2010. Last year, Frank played on the Greenhill Mixed 9.0 USTA team which recently won its Dallas division and played in the Texas State Sectional in Southlake, Tx October 2011. Frank currently captains and plays on the Trophy Club USTA 5.0 Men’s team and Bridlewood USTA 9.0 Mixed team.
Frank and his daughter, Alexandra, happily reside in Fort Worth.
Bryan Rogers

Bryan has had great success with junior players. His oldest son, Jacob, started playing tennis at age 4 and would eventually play 4 years at North Greenville University in Greenville, South Carolina. He was the only U.S. born player of the team’s starting 6. Jacob is now an assistant pro at a Country Club in South Carolina. Bryan’s accomplishments working with junior players speak for themselves. In addition to his son’s impressive climb, Bryan has coached a junior player with a #1 Tennessee ranking and #51 in the Southern Section of USTA.
In March of 2012, Bryan joined Frank Ford’s coaching staff and Tennis Program in Flower Mound, Wellington, and Bridlewood. Bryan is excited about this opportunity and new chapter in his life.
Bryan and his wife, Renee, and their children, live in Lewisville.
Ed Thompson

Ed Thompson, USPTA
Edmond Thompson is a USPTA Certified Pro, offering 7+ years of experience in coaching various levels of Adult and Youth Tennis. Ed has coached novice, intermediate, and advanced tennis. In addition, Ed is skilled in Cardio tennis, individual lessons, and collegiate tennis. Ed enjoys working with both Youth and Adults of all skill levels who are motivated to enjoy the game and improve their skill set.
Edmond began teaching tennis in 2009 in Voorhees, New Jersey, where he had the opportunity to design and direct competitive junior programs, teach regular adult drills, and offer private lessons to all ages and skill sets. In May 2015, Ed traveled to Sea Island, Georgia, where he joined Luke and Murphy Jensen in teaching Cardio Tennis at the Jensen Brothers Tennis Academy. In August 2015, Ed was presented with the opportunity to be the Assistant Coach for both the Men’s and Women’s tennis program at Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Ed is thrilled to join the staff at Frank Ford Tennis and looks forward to this exciting chapter in his life.
In addition to his extensive coaching experience, Ed played college tennis for Gloucester County Community College in Sewell, New Jersey, where he won 2 national championships and earned a total of 3 All-American Athlete Awards from the NJCAA. Ed’s certifications and memberships include the Professional Tennis Registry Certification in Teaching Adults, PTR in Under 10 Tennis, United States Tennis Association member, USTA Certified Coach in Youth Tennis, Professional Tennis Management Student Association member, and Certified Cardio Tennis Provider.
Ed currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas.
